Finance Functional Lead - D365

We are thrilled to announce an outstanding opportunity to join our team as a Finance Functional Lead - D365. This role is central to the success of our ERP team. You will implement and optimize finance processes across our global enterprise. As the first hire for this new Europe team, you will be key in crafting its future and ensuring flawless delivery of finance solutions for complex business scenarios in the Gaming industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of core finance modules, ensuring alignment with global process standards.
- Coordinate solution delivery for projects managed by both internal and external partners, validate configurations, and support cutover and data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Global ERP group to resolve business-critical issues and improve reporting capabilities to support business decisions.
- Counsel on process optimization and participate in environmental strategy development, guaranteeing consistency with Global standards and adherence to regulations.
- Monitor external implementation partners and support data migration initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Strong functional knowledge of D365FO Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Management.
- Deep understanding of financial processes in a manufacturing or gaming environment.
- Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting.
- Familiarity with taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
- Capability to perform finance reconciliations and period-end close activities within D365FO.
- Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and BI requirements.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle D365FO Finance implementations as a functional consultant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to engage effectively with finance collaborators and leadership, showcasing adept people management skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
