We’re looking for a motivated Finance Graduate to join our central finance team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across multiple departments while contributing to high-quality financial support across the business.
From assisting with month-end processes to analysing data and delivering insights, you’ll build a strong foundation in financial operations—while working closely with experienced professionals who will support your progression toward producing full management accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Rotate across different finance functions to build a broad understanding
- Support month-end processes and develop toward full management accounts preparation
- Maintain and manage the fixed assets register
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Assist with year-end audits
- Produce and analyse KPI reports
- Turn financial data into meaningful insights for management
- Collaborate with teams across the business to support operations and growth

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or predicted) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good working knowledge of Excel / MS Office
- Commercial awareness and interest in business
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to work with non-finance colleagues
