Finance Graduate – Group Finance

Overview
As a Finance Graduate within Group Finance, you will gain structured exposure to financial reporting, consolidation, compliance and performance analysis within a listed international organisation.
Reporting to senior members of the Group Finance team, you will support the preparation of consolidated financial information, contribute to statutory and regulatory reporting processes, and assist in maintaining strong financial controls across multiple operating markets.

Role Responsibilities
As a Finance Graduate – Group Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reports
- Assisting with group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Supporting statutory reporting and year-end audit activities
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures
- Supporting the maintenance of internal controls and compliance processes
- Analysing financial performance and reporting on key KPIs
- Assisting with intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements
Requirements for the Role
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- Demonstrate a clear interest in financial reporting and accounting within a listed or international organisation
- Possess strong analytical and numerical skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Show good communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple markets
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive learning mindset

Desired Skills
- Understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Knowledge of consolidation processes
- Interest in infrastructure, telecommunications or emerging markets
- Progression towards a professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) is advantageous
