As a Finance Graduate you will…
- Working alongside the group accountant during month-end and annual audit process
- Assisting in the maintenance of financial accounts to ensure accuracy
- Support in the preparation of annual statutory accounts for the Group and its subsidiaries
- Support tax compliance across the Group, including VAT, CIS, Corporation Tax, PAYE, PSA and P11D submissions
- Support HMRC and Companies House filings
- Gaining hands-on experience with month end processes, management accounts, forecasting and cash flow across the business
- Support in completion of government reporting (e.g. payment practices, ONS surveys)
- Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives as required
- Gain hands-on experience with forecasting and budgeting, supporting strategic financial planning across the business

About You…
We're looking for a driven and ambitious finance graduate with a 2:1 or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting, who’s ready to kick-start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. If you're eager to become a Chartered Accountant and keen to pursue professional qualifications, we’ll back your journey every step of the way. You’ll be building strong relationships across the business so confidence and communication skills are key. This role is perfect for someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a long-term career path with real progression opportunities.
