Rotational Finance Go Graduate Scheme – Europe & International

We get it. Sometimes you fancy a Peroni Nastro Azzurro. Sometimes an Asahi Super Dry or a Cornish Orchards. That’s why our rotational Finance Go Graduate Scheme lets you sample every aspect of a finance career with us to discover your preferred direction. Over three years, you’ll rotate across our global beer group, gaining new skills, invaluable experience, and a real taste of what it’ll be like to step up and dive right into a role as a Finance Business Partner or equivalent career move.

About the Role

If you’ve got a good head for numbers, you’ll savour every minute of your rotations as you gain fantastic exposure across the inner workings of a large commercial finance team. Here are some of the areas you might explore:

Potential Rotations Include

  • Finance Business Partnering (Commercial) Reviewing commercial performance, new business proposals, forecasting, and analysing customer pricing.

Qualifications & Requirements

To join our supportive team and progress quickly in a corporate finance career, we’re looking for:

  • Applicants who have completed their degree within the last two years
  • Candidates not currently enrolled in another graduate programme

Minded to research broader backgrounds, with a strong preference for those with a focus in:

  • Maths, economics, sciences, or equivalent fields where numerical analysis is key

While professional finance experience is advantageous, it’s not mandatory. Early exposure through placements, internships, or course-related projects is greatly valued.
