Finance Graduate
Finance Graduate Programme – Three-Year Development Role (Witney, Oxfordshire)
About the Role
We are seeking two motivated Finance Graduates to join our UK Finance Team in Witney, Oxfordshire. This three-year structured graduate programme offers broad exposure across the Finance function through 12-month rotational placements, allowing you to:
- Build strong technical foundations
- Develop commercial insight
- Identify your long-term career path in Finance
You will collaborate with experienced finance professionals in an onsite, collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience within a global organisation. The programme includes full support for professional finance qualifications, with an expectation that you will be fully qualified by the end of the three years, and a clear route to join the business permanently thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
Throughout the programme, you will rotate across core and specialist Finance areas, which may include:
- General Accounting
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Controllership
- Specialist teams (Treasury or Tax, subject to business needs)
Progressively, responsibilities will align with increasing technical complexity, accountability, and business exposure, including:
- Supporting monthly financial close activities and reporting
- Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analysing costs and financial performance, recommending corrective actions
- Reviewing profit & loss (P&L) statements, detecting anomalies, and communicating insights
- Supporting fixed asset accounting, purchasing processes, and inventory activities
- Participating in process improvements and cross-functional finance projects
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain

Learning & Development
- Fully supported enrolment in a professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Structured on-the-job learning across multiple finance disciplines
- Exposure to a global business environment and senior finance leaders
- Ongoing mentoring, feedback, and development throughout the programme
Requirements
Essential CritERA
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience (internship, placement, graduate role, or finance-related experience)
- Strong analytical skills and ambition to build a Finance career
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Willingness to:
- Work onsite in Witney
- Rotate across core Finance disciplines
- Commit to completing professional finance studies during the programme
Desirable Experience
- Previous Finance/Accounting internship, placement, or work experience
- Experience supporting budgets, forecasting, or financial analysis
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
