As our business continues to grow, we are seeking graduates who are looking to develop a long-term career within the financial services profession. Previous financial services experience isn't essential. We're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in the industry.
About the Opportunity
Our Finance Graduate Scheme is a structured 24-month development programme, providing practical experience across a broad range of financial planning and business functions.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop a strong understanding of the financial services industry while gaining the technical knowledge and practical experience needed to build a successful career.

As part of the programme, we will fully fund a recognised professional qualification. Depending on your chosen career pathway, you will study towards:
- CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice), and/or
- DipFA (Diploma for Financial Advisers)
Successful completion of the programme will provide opportunities to progress into specialist roles within the business.
What You'll Do
During the programme, you'll gain experience in a variety of areas, including:
- Supporting advisers with compliance queries
- Reviewing mortgage cases and conducting annual client reviews
- Checking marketing and internal business materials meet FCA requirements
- Assisting with compliance monitoring and reporting
- Supporting audits, complaints, and adviser oversight
- Working with colleagues across the business to promote good customer outcomes

What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- A professional approach with a willingness to learn
