Finance Integration Manager (Acquisitions) Permanent Position London Hybrid Working (3 days in office) £70,000 to £85,000 A fast-growing, private equity-backed, multi-site business is looking for a Finance Integration Manager to take ownership of onboarding newly acquired businesses into the central group finance function. This is a highly visible, hands-on role within an ambitious buy-and-build environment, where acquisitions are a key part of the growth strategy. The position will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding how newly acquired businesses currently operate, and leading the full finance integration process from onboarding through to implementation and adoption. This is not a BAU finance role. Operational onboarding perspective
You will work closely with senior leadership, operational teams and newly acquired businesses to ensure integrations are delivered smoothly, efficiently and with minimal disruption. Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end onboarding of newly acquired businesses into the group finance function
Manage finance systems implementations, migrations and integrations
Coordinate setup of banking, payments, reporting and finance workflows
Review existing finance processes and identify improvements and efficiencies

Support automation and standardisation across the wider group
Act as the key finance contact throughout the acquisition integration process
Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT and senior leadership
Ideal background:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Experience integrating acquired businesses into a group structure
Strong finance systems and implementation exposure
Comfortable working in fast-paced, acquisitive or multi-site environments
Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
Enjoys problem solving, process improvement and operating autonomously
