Start Date: Immediate
Type: Unpaid Internship (with strong potential for future opportunities)
🚀 About Metrocart UK Ltd
Welcome to Metrocart UK Ltd, one of the UK’s most promising, high-growth startups in multi-ethnic food distribution and FMCG wholesale.
Since our inception in 2022, we have been on a mission to redefine the ethnic grocery supply landscape — connecting cultures, enhancing food diversity, and creating a fully tech-driven supply chain ecosystem.
We proudly collaborate with leading multinational corporations and medium-scale ethnic food distributors across the world — including our strategic partnership with a billion-dollar global retail giant.
At Metrocart, we are not just growing a business; we are building a movement — a digital-first, data-intelligent supply chain designed to read the algorithm of human behaviour and cater to every human being on the planet.
💼 About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Finance Intern to join our dynamic team.
This is an unpaid internship, designed for high-potential finance talents — ideally with exposure from top-tier firms such as J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, PWC, or similar institutions.
You’ll be working directly with our executive leadership and finance heads to strengthen and streamline the financial backbone of our growing empire.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
