We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Intern to join us for a 12-month placement at our offices in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accounts Payable (AP): Processing multi-currency invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Credit Control Administration: Support the Credit Control team by assisting with the maintenance and set-up of customer accounts, updating the Amazon Portal, and managing the Credit Control inbox to ensure customer queries are handled efficiently.
  • Month-End Support: Posting journals, performing reconciliations, and assisting with control activities.
  • Audit Assistance: Supporting internal and external audits with data preparation and documentation.
  • Team and Business Support: Providing cover for other finance roles when needed and handling ad hoc tasks like National Statistics returns and interdepartmental queries.

What We're Looking For:

  • A university student looking for a 12-month placement in Finance or Business.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general PC literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and numeracy.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
