Key Responsibilities

Your role will be varied but will cover critical financial tasks, including:

  • Handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensuring accurate daily transactions are processed in Zero (our financial system).
  • Supporting budget tracking and cost reconciliations for conferences (including invoice tracking).
  • Assisting in the creation of monthly finance reports across the business.
  • Collaborating on ad-hoc finance projects and new finance process implementations.

  • Humility and a shared passion for developing new businesses.
  • The following qualifications:
    • A finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic results (e.g., high-level exam performance).
    • At least 2+ years of finance experience.
    • A valid UK work permit.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Highly process-oriented and systematic mindset.

Location & Start Date

The role is onsite in London, ideally at our office in Buckingham Gate. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
