Key Responsibilities
Your role will be varied but will cover critical financial tasks, including:
- Handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensuring accurate daily transactions are processed in Zero (our financial system).
- Supporting budget tracking and cost reconciliations for conferences (including invoice tracking).
- Assisting in the creation of monthly finance reports across the business.
- Collaborating on ad-hoc finance projects and new finance process implementations.

- The following qualifications:
- A finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic results (e.g., high-level exam performance).
- At least 2+ years of finance experience.
- A valid UK work permit.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly process-oriented and systematic mindset.

Location & Start Date
The role is onsite in London, ideally at our office in Buckingham Gate. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
