Finance Lawyer (5-8 years PQE)
Location: Birmingham

Join a fast‑growing, highly ranked team working on some of the most sophisticated financing transactions in the market.
Our Finance team is looking for a talented 5-8 years PQE lawyer. The work will be on banking transactions in respect of real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, regionally and nationally.

What We’re Looking For:
- An England & Wales qualified lawyer with 5-8 years’ PQE, with experience gained at either a leading national or City firm. The ideal candidate will be technically excellent, commercially minded, and solutions‑focused, with a strong client orientation supported by excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The successful candidate will also play an active role in client business development initiatives, collaborate effectively as part of a high‑performing team, and demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of our finance team.
