About The Role
We're looking for finance lecturers and economists to help shape how the next generation of AI understands financial and economic reasoning. Your expertise will directly influence how AI models explain valuation, interpret market behaviour, and communicate complex financial concepts — making a real impact on one of the most consequential technologies of our time.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate finance-related questions, explanations, and reasoning used in AI training datasets
- Assess the accuracy of financial concepts including valuation, risk analysis, and market behaviour
- Identify misconceptions and gaps in AI-generated financial reasoning
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality and depth of AI responses
- Apply your teaching experience to flag common student-level errors and oversimplifications
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of corporate finance, capital markets, or financial economics
- Able to critically evaluate written financial reasoning with clarity and precision
- Comfortable working through structured content at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable in an async remote environment

Nice to Have
- Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Industry or applied finance experience (investment banking, asset management, consulting, etc.)
- Prior exposure to AI model evaluation or data labeling workflows
