Litigation Lawyer
We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join an established Creditor Services Department based in Liverpool or Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high-quality recoveries caseload for a well-developed portfolio of finance clients and medium-to-enterprise-level businesses, within a commercially focused and growing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Delivering efficient, client-focused litigation services
- Supporting the ongoing development of the department
- Assisting and guiding junior team members as the team continues to expand

- Managing a full recoveries caseload from inception through to conclusion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Supporting the development of the client base and wider departmental growth
- Working towards and achieving financial and performance targets
- Assisting with, supervising, and developing solicitors and paralegals within the team
- Responding promptly and professionally to requests for updates from clients, team leaders, and introducers
- Providing general support to a busy and collaborative litigation team
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial finance recovery / litigation work
- Proven experience managing court processes and working to strict client and procedural deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- A proactive, personable, and hardworking attitude
