Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a qualified accountant to join our Group Finance team on a fixed term contract basis. This unique role combines essential core accounting with the opportunity to support a major finance transformation project as we transition our systems to Oracle.
What You Will Take On
In this position, you will balance monthly financial management with forward-looking project work. You will play a key part in preparing financial results while helping shape the future of our finance processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the management of the month-end close process to ensure precision across the Group Assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements and audit files Providing clear supporting documentation for external auditors Supporting our finance transformation through user acceptance testing and report writing Performing robust balance sheet reconciliations and conducting analytical reviews Acting as a knowledgeable liaison between Group finance, Brand finance and our wider group of companies

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA Advanced Excel skills and strong financial system experience Experience building financial reports, with Oracle knowledge being a distinct advantage A structured approach to problem solving and maintaining strong financial controls Excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships across multiple teams
