Finance Management Accountant - FTC
Group Accountant (Fixed Term) – Financial Transformation Support
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our Group Finance team on a fixed-term contract. This hybrid role combines core accounting responsibilities with the opportunity to support a major finance transformation project as we transition our systems to Oracle.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Balance monthly financial management with forward-looking project work.
- Act as a crucial partner in shaping the future of finance processes.
Your key tasks include:
- Supporting the month-end close process, ensuring precision across the Group.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements and audit files.
- Providing clear supporting documentation for external auditors.
- Contributing to our finance transformation through user acceptance testing (UAT) and report writing.
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and conducting analytical reviews.
- Acting as a liaison between Group Finance, Brand Finance, and the wider group of companies.

What We’re Looking For
We want an analytical, collaborative professional who can interpret complex financial data into clear stories. The right candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, approach challenges with positivity, and adapt to evolving priorities.
Essential requirements:
- A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with financial systems (Oracle knowledge is a strong advantage).
- Experience building financial reports.
- A structured problem-solving approach with strong financial controls.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with multiple teams.
