The Role
As a Trainee Financial Assistant, you will work closely with experienced finance professionals to support the day-to-day operations of the finance department. You will gain valuable experience across a range of financial and administrative tasks while developing key industry skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with financial reporting and data entry
- Supporting invoice processing and payment administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Assisting with budgeting and expense tracking
- Liaising with internal departments and nationwide offices
- Supporting month-end finance processes
- Preparing financial documents and reports
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
What We’re Looking For

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications

Desirable But Not Essential:
- Previous office or customer service experience
- Finance, business, or accounting studies
