You'll take ownership of the entire function, working closely with senior leaders to ensure the business has the financial controls, reporting, and insight needed to support continued growth. This is a hands-on position where you'll be trusted to manage the day-to-day operation while identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Your responsibilities as Finance Manager
- Oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial operations
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers, invoicing, and credit control activities
- Complete bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and cash flow management
- Process monthly payroll, overtime, expenses, and employee benefits
- Support month-end reporting while maintaining accurate financial records
- Manage finance systems, strengthen financial controls, and drive process improvements
What we're looking for in a Finance Manager
- Previous responsibility for managing a finance function within an SME environment
- Strong knowledge of VAT, payroll, reconciliations, and credit control
- Experience using systems such as NetSuite and/or Xero
- AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified, studying towards qualification, or qualified by experience
- Ability to manage a varied workload independently while maintaining accurate financial records
