We're looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join our Head Office team in Hanger Green. This is a broad, high-profile role at the heart of our business, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence decision-making and strengthen financial control across a growing listed Group.

What you’ll be doing
- Taking ownership of the accounting and financial reporting for our Head Office functions.
- Managing month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly management accounts and performance reports.
- Delivering insightful variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Partnering with budget holders and senior stakeholders across the business.
- Leading the annual budgeting process for corporate functions.
- Producing forecasts and supporting strategic planning activities.
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations across Group businesses and challenging outstanding issues.
- Supporting subsidiary finance teams to improve controls and reporting consistency.
- Driving continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting and controls.

What we’re looking for
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience with relevant Group finance experience.
- Strong management accounting, financial reporting or finance business partnering experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of key areas of responsibility.
- Confident building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
- Someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge, supporting colleagues and helping build a strong finance function.
