Company Description

Braza UK is an FCA-authorised Electronic Money Institution (EMI), providing secure and innovative payment and foreign exchange solutions. As part of the Braza Group, we combine financial expertise with technology to deliver reliable cross-border financial services for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment and wants to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and business growth.

Role Description

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial forecasting, supporting regulatory and strategic initiatives, and acting as a key finance business partner across multiple functions. You will work closely with Treasury, Accounting, Tax and Transfer Pricing teams to ensure robust financial planning and effective financial control.

This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable taking ownership, improving processes and delivering high-quality financial insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly entity-level profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
  • Translate country-level operating expenditure (OPEX), capital expenditure (CAPEX) and headcount plans into accurate entity-level forecasts, maintaining a strong understanding of cost centre governance.
  • Review funding adequacy across multi-currency bank accounts and provide monthly recommendations to Treasury, reconciling forecast cash requirements against actual funding positions.
  • Conduct monthly post-month-end close reviews to identify significant movements in financial performance and assess whether revenue assumptions remain appropriate.
  • Support regulatory licence applications and other corporate initiatives by preparing financial disclosures, audited financial statements and multi-year financial projections.
  • Act as the primary Finance contact for your assigned region, partnering with Treasury, Tax, Accounting and Comercial teams.
  • Produce meaningful financial analysis, reports and business insights to support senior management decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, investigating variances and recommending corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development of financial controls, governance and reporting processes in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring high-quality delivery of business-as-usual activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
