Finance Manager
Finance Manager | Thames Ditton
Keltbray is a UK-leading specialist engineering and construction business, delivering complex infrastructure, engineering, and built environment projects across the country. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, the company plays a critical role in shaping the nation’s future.
We’re currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our expanding finance team.
This role is ideal for a strong Management Accountant seeking to transition into a broader Finance Manager position, or for an experienced Finance Manager who works best alongside operations rather than in a purely corporate finance setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, profit & loss (P&L) statements, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
- Supporting monthly CVR (Contract Values Report) reviews and project performance reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Assistance with year-end audit activities and financial control maintenance

The following experience is highly desirable:
- Construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or project-based sectors
- Management accounting and financial reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
- Direct experience working with operational stakeholders
- Exposure to CVR, WIP (Work in Progress), or project accounting (advantageous)
- Knowledge of COINS or similar finance systems (desirable)
Location & Travel
The role is based in Thames Ditton, with regular office attendance required. Occasional travel to London and other Keltbray locations may be necessary.
