  • Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly management accounts and board-level reporting packs, including variance analysis and KPI commentary.

  • Lead continuous improvement of month-end processes, controls, and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce close timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS 102, and specialised standards such as IFRS 16, IFRS 9, and multi-currency consolidation (IAS 21).
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure an efficient and timely month-end close.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models for business growth, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecast process, coordinating with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Produce insightful board and investor reports, including:
    • ARR waterfall analysis
    • NRR tracking
    • Revenue vs. budget commentary
    • Cash flow forecasting
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying key performance drivers and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Support revenue forecasting and commercial modelling, including:
    • Pricing strategy refinement
    • Contract analysis
    • New market initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
