We're hiring: Finance Manager (Part Time, 25 hrs/week) - Glasgow (1 day per week / hybrid)

T S Europe Ltd is a Glasgow-based freight forwarding and logistics business with a close-knit team of 10. We're looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day finance function, working closely with our Managing Director and leadership team.

The role

Hands-on and varied, covering transaction processing, payroll, VAT, and basic management accounts. You'll independently manage and reconcile:

  • Sales invoices: 200-250 per month
  • Purchases: 1,200-1,500 per month
  • Bank transactions: 200-300 per month

You'll be the go-to person for finance questions, resolving them yourself rather than escalating. For the right person, there's real scope to grow into a Financial Controller role as we scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
