Finance Manager - Leeds
As a Finance Manager in Leeds, you'll oversee the financial operations below the Finance Director of a company in the industrial and manufacturing sector, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Description
- Oversee the full finance function below the Finance Director
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits effectively
- Implement and maintain financial systems and controls
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals

Profile
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
