Your new company I am supporting a leading global insurance group who are hiring a Finance Manager to join the London team. The role focusses on the EMEA region in a fast-paced, growing business at a genuinely exciting point in their journey.
Your new role Key responsibilities include:
- Production and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
- Partnering with regional finance teams across Europe to analyse financial performance and key business metrics.
- Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Assisting with the production of statutory accounts and group reporting requirements.
- Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital reporting.
- Driving finance transformation, process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives.
- Supporting internal controls, governance and SOX readiness projects.
- Producing ad-hoc financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Managing and developing junior members of the finance team.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise and experience operating within a complex international business environment.
You will ideally possess:
- Significant post-qualified finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
- Experience of group reporting, management accounting and financial planning processes.
- Knowledge of internal controls and governance frameworks, ideally including SOX.
- Experience working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
- Previous exposure to insurance, financial services or large corporate environments would be advantageous.
