Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, support business planning, and provide valuable financial insights that drive organizational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, improving financial controls, and supporting leadership in making informed business decisions.

The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance activities. This role requires strong financial expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations that support business growth and efficiency.

The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with accounting, operations, business teams, and senior leadership to ensure effective financial management and alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial insights

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, and business analysis.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and operational data to provide strategic insights.
  • Experience with financial planning, reporting, cost management, and process improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheet analysis, reporting tools, and business systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, risk management, and corporate governance principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and ethical financial practices.
