About The Role
Finance & Tax Solutions consists of a team of finance professionals at all levels providing operational delivery expertise for our clients. As we are responsive to client demands, your role will be varied and challenging, providing you with an opportunity to work with a variety of high profile clients.

As we are responsive to client demands, your role will be varied and challenging, providing you with an opportunity to work with a variety of high profile clients.
Responsibilities
As a Manager within the team, you will be responsible for ensuring we provide a high standard of delivery to our clients. Therefore the role will involve management and oversight in the following areas:
- Operational finance management of the team delivering which will include reviewing in areas such as: O2C, P2P, R2R and general ledger accounting,
- Management accounting and reporting – actuals, budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Financial control oversight and involvement in period / year end close processes
- Managing and coaching your team in their roles in delivery
- Managing the key PwC commercials with respect to a portfolio of clients including, resourcing, budgeting, fees and billing.

This Role Is For You If
We are looking for individuals who possess ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent) and have detailed experience of management roles in many of the following areas:
- Experience of working as an accountant in practice or in industry
- Team leadership and management, including coaching and leading delivery teams, and reporting to clients and/ or senior stakeholders.
- Operational finance experience including knowledge of finance processes and controls e.g. O2C, P2P, R2R etc.
- Financial management experience including financial budgeting and analysis,
- Management accounting and financial reporting
- Experience in documenting/ testing financial processes and experience of a range of ERP systems/ accounting packages.
