Company Details and Job Overview:
A multi-site business in Blackpool are looking to appoint a new Finance Manager. This diverse role offers plenty of stakeholder interaction, being a key player in driving commercial decision making with oversight of day to day financial operations.
Working within a friendly and supportive team, this Finance Manager role is well suited to an experienced senior finance professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally across the business.
Please note – this is an office based role Monday to Friday.
Your New Role as Finance Manager:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, as Finance Manager you will enjoy a varied role with duties including:
- Line management of 2-3 accounts staff, being responsible for their training and development
- Production of monthly management accounts including commentary and analysis
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Support with year end statutory accounting requirements
- Support operational teams and Senior Management, providing financial insight and advice as required
- Ongoing development of existing financial controls, policies and procedures

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
To be considered, you will be an experienced Finance Manager with good commercial acumen, and ideally have experience of working in a multi-site, complex business structure. You will be proven in a business partnering finance role, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence, challenge and advise as required. Additionally, strong systems skills are required along with an analytical mindset.
