Finance Manager

Description
- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to maintain high performance standards.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Support fundraising and grant management efforts from a financial perspective.

Profile
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Demonstrable experience in financial management within the not-for-profit industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
