Fund Finance Manager | London

We're partnering with a leading international real estate investment manager to recruit a Fund Finance Manager for their London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take the next step in their fund finance career within a collaborative, fast-paced investment environment. You'll work across financial reporting, investor reporting, cash management, transactions, and fund operations, with clear opportunities for progression into a senior leadership role.

The Role

As a Fund Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in the financial management of a portfolio of real estate investment funds, working closely with senior finance professionals, investment teams, external service providers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing statutory and consolidated financial reporting
  • Preparing and reviewing investor reporting and NAV calculations
  • Coordinating year-end audits and liaising with external auditors
  • Supporting cash management, banking, and treasury activities
  • Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, and wider transaction activity
  • Managing relationships with third-party administrators and advisors
  • Supporting tax compliance and corporate governance requirements
  • Contributing to board reporting and investor communications
  • Driving continuous improvements across financial processes and controls

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • ACA/CA ideally from top 4 practice firms or equivalent accounting qualification
  • Approximately 2+ years' post-qualified experience
  • Experience within fund finance, real estate, private equity, or alternative investments
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to develop into a more senior finance role
