We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team at Pineapple.

What We're Looking For
An experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record in:
- Financial reporting
- Management accounting
- Leading transactional finance operations
You will:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain strong financial controls
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis
- Drive continuous improvements to support the organisation’s financial performance and strategic goals
What You'll Be Doing
- Production of management accounts for the Pineapple Group (UK, USA, FR, DE)
- Monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- Routine analysis of nominal entries and control accounts
- Assistance in the preparation of statutory accounts
- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Identifying financial risks and recommending appropriate reporting decisions
- Leading and mentoring finance staff
- Supporting the management team in analysing, interpreting, and understanding:
- Operational performance
- Financial performance of the business
- Maintaining the fixed asset register and overseeing capital expenditure reporting
- Assisting in improving financial processes and supporting systems implementation
- Handling additional projects for the GFC / CFO

- Partnering with business units to enable informed decision-making and sustainable growth

Requirements
Ideally, candidates should have:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with post-qualification experience
- Strong numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to be hands-on when required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commitment to being an inspiring role model, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement
- Experience in conducting appraisals, performance management, DISCIPLINARIES AND GRIEVANCE MEETINGS
- Experience working with foreign subsidiaries
- Demonstrates utmost integrity and honesty, with awareness of maintaining/enhancing the company’s brand and reputation
- A completer/finisher mindset, taking ownership of tasks and pushing projects forward when necessary
- Maintain complete confidentiality
