Part-Time Finance Manager
This will be a part-time Finance Manager role and will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance and being a real right-hand person to the senior management team. This role requires a proactive individual to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis within the business services industry.

This business are a fast-growing, ambitious organisation who boast a brilliant working environment.
They are looking for an experienced finance professional to assist them on a part-time basis - circa 3 / 4 days a week on-site.
Description
- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.

Profile
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial management within the business services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
