Finance Manager
Duration: 9–12 Month Contract Location: Central London (Fully Site Based) Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum
The Company Our client is an international development and project management business specialising in luxury hospitality and residential properties. With a focus on delivering exceptional developments globally, the business offers a service that goes beyond that of a traditional consultancy, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects from concept through to completion.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations across the company and group entities. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and effective financial management across ongoing projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities Support the Financial Controller with the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting across the group entities Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including expenditure and cash flow forecasting Monitor financial performance and highlight any material variances or risks Support the management and development of junior finance team members Ensure robust financial controls, processes, and procedures are maintained across the business Partner with stakeholders across the company to identify efficiencies and process improvements Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, legal, and reporting requirements Maintain accurate financial records and best practice electronic filing procedures Support wider finance projects and ad hoc business requirements where needed

Candidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Previous experience operating at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level Strong management accounting, reporting, and forecasting experience Experience working within multi-entity or project-based environments Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable approach Previous experience within property, construction, hospitality, or consultancy environments would be advantageous
