Finance Manager | High-Growth Technology Business | London

£70,000–£75,000 + bonus + benefits

I'm partnering with a high-growth, AI driven technology business that is transforming their industry. Following significant investment and continued international expansion, the company is strengthening its finance team and is looking to hire a Finance Manager to support its global operations.

This role will take ownership of international controllership, intercompany accounting, financial controls and compliance across multiple entities. It's an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, scaling business where finance is embracing automation and AI to improve efficiency and support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Reporting & Compliance: Own month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and compliance activities across international entities.
  • Intercompany Accounting: Manage intercompany recharges, loans, settlements, eliminations and agreement maintenance across the group.
  • Transfer Pricing: Support transfer pricing compliance, maintaining documentation and ensuring policies are accurately reflected within the financial records.
  • Controls & Risk Management: Develop and enhance the financial controls framework, document key controls, perform testing and drive remediation actions where required.
  • Audit & Statutory Reporting: Act as a key contact for external auditors and support statutory compliance requirements across international entities.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiencies within NetSuite and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve the close process.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare entity-level reporting and analytical commentary for senior finance leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
