Role Description
Working within VIP Nation International you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance side of the business supporting the team needs in delivering and planning events. You will be working alongside the event organisers to develop VIP concepts and products to enhance the fan experience and generate revenue for the artist, festival, or rights holder.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Experience of music tour finance/tour accounting along with AR/AP.
- In depth knowledge of UK/European VAT, PRS and WHT application would be advantageous
- ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualified with strong accounting knowledge.
- Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using excel at a high level
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage task and work under pressure.
- In depth knowledge of Oracle and BIS
- Ability to liaise directly with tour directors and artist teams.
- Experience with managing/supervising people

What the role includes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting requirements for VIP Nation International Touring and report to various stakeholders including VP.
- Lead implementation and application of BIS systems across the department
- Review processes and accuracy of recharge invoicing throughout EMEA
- Variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reporting
- Track and update touring deals across EMEA/UK
- Review relevant artist payments as required, ensuring artist teams are paid correctly and promptly.
- Review WHT tax application and submit quarterly FEU returns.
- Reconciliation and review of final GL, cash positions, payroll and associated final journal postings to close projects.
- Analyse, prepare and lead VIP settlement process including revenue audits with local promotors and artist teams.
- Manage AR/AP processes along with purchase order elements as required.
- Manage finance function and oversee Tour Accountants’ tour duties and workload.
- Liaising with internal teams (AP, AR, management and tour accounting teams) as well as VIPN departments to ensure all finance elements are aligned.
- Approve and apply knowledge of expense and costing systems.
- Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectation throughout
