Finance Manager - Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath.

As Finance Manager, You Will
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks, and year-end audit processes.
- Monitor and control departmental costs, taking action to minimize variances.
- Support the hotel’s business plan and budget to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, HMRC reporting, and audit standards.
- Develop and maintain departmental performance standards and internal financial controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills
- Proven experience in financial management within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support, and develop a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in financial systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency.
