We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath.

As Finance Manager, You Will

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks, and year-end audit processes.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs, taking action to minimize variances.
  • Support the hotel’s business plan and budget to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, HMRC reporting, and audit standards.
  • Develop and maintain departmental performance standards and internal financial controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills

  • Proven experience in financial management within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support, and develop a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Proficiency in financial systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency.
