Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager looking for a role where you can make a real impact?
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Finance Manager to join our growing business during an exciting period of transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a changing environment, and wants to help shape processes, improve financial controls, and support business growth.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, strengthening financial controls, and providing meaningful commercial insight to operational teams.
What you will be doing:
- Preparing monthly management and group reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPIs)
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Providing commercial and financial insight to support business decisions
- Preparing VAT and statutory returns
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting
- Supporting payroll, pensions, and year-end reporting
- Contributing to process improvements as the business continues to evolve

About you:
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Manufacturing experience and ERP knowledge would be advantageous
- This role requires the successful candidate to be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
