Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Finance Manager to join our growing business during an exciting period of transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a changing environment, and wants to help shape processes, improve financial controls, and support business growth.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, strengthening financial controls, and providing meaningful commercial insight to operational teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing monthly management and group reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPIs)
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Providing commercial and financial insight to support business decisions
  • Preparing VAT and statutory returns
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting
  • Supporting payroll, pensions, and year-end reporting
  • Contributing to process improvements as the business continues to evolve

About you:

  • ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Manufacturing experience and ERP knowledge would be advantageous
  • This role requires the successful candidate to be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
