Job Title: Group Finance Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
Location: Leicester
A well-established, growing business is looking for a hands-on Group Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and lead a small team. This is a broad, operational role for an accountant who wants to stay close to the numbers while also managing a team not a purely strategic or people-leadership position.

The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Finance and sitting within a wider finance function, you'll be the go-to person for the finance function's operational output, including:
- Month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Accounts payable management
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Leading and developing a small team
- Acting as a hands-on accountant first, and a people manager second

What We're Looking For:
- A qualified or part-qualified accountant with solid, hands-on month-end and reconciliation experience
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves this isn't a role for a manager who has stepped away from the technical work
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a broad, varied workload
