Finance Manager - 6-Month Contract
Salary - £800 - £1,000 per day (Inside IR35)
Location - Glasgow/Hybrid
Our client requires three Finance Managers to join them in a finance transformation programme, for an estimated 6-months. Based in Glasgow, you will be required in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
Working in a complex finance environment, you will be responsible for leading Record-to-Report accounting activities, taking ownership of defined close and reporting activities, and providing reliable hands-on BAU support during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end, half-year, and year-end close activities.
- Review and sign off key financial outputs, including balance sheet reconciliations, reporting packs, and statutory accounts.
- Ensure reconciliations, supporting documentation, and audit trails are completed and compliant with Group policies.
- Oversee governance activities and adherence to accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.

Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Experience managing month-end and year-end processes within a complex finance environment.
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
