Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our UK Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting strategic business decision-making across multiple entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing financial support to project teams and key stakeholders.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, international organization by driving continuous process improvements, supporting audits and compliance requirements, and delivering accurate and timely financial information. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with operational and finance teams, acting as a trusted business partner while helping to strengthen financial performance and support the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities
- Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll accounts reconciliations
- Review daily Journals and postings
- Intercompany invoices and Intercompany reconciliations
- VAT reconciliations and preparations for FC review
- Support with Budgeting and forecasting
- Partnering with various stakeholders for budgets
- Support FC with establishing new processes and systems
- Responsible for monthly management accounts, full preparation of accurate and timely accounts for the Review of FC (Design related entities)
- First point of contact for project financial queries (Design related entities)
- Support with audits

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in accounting reconciliation, Budget and Forecasting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft dynamics, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
