We're partnering with an ambitious and evolving financial services organisation to hire a Finance Manager for a newly created position within its expanding finance team.
This is far more than a traditional reporting role. You'll sit at the heart of the finance function, working across financial reporting, forecasting, business planning, commercial analysis and finance transformation, helping build a more scalable, insight-driven finance capability.
With significant exposure to senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to influence how finance supports decision-making, improve processes, and play a key role in shaping future planning and forecasting frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and enhancing key financial reporting and management information processes.
- Supporting statutory accounts, year-end activities and technical accounting matters.
- Producing insightful analysis that helps drive strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning.
- Building and refining financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to challenge assumptions and improve financial outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and improve finance processes.
- Supporting finance transformation initiatives and helping implement best-in-class ways of working.
- Contributing to the development of scalable reporting, forecasting and consolidation frameworks.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Someone who enjoys working across both reporting and forward-looking finance activities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.

Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable
- FP&A, forecasting or budgeting experience.
- Big 4 or practice-trained background.
- Finance transformation, change or process improvement exposure.
- Experience producing management information and partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
