About Us

Bettervits is one of the UK’s fastest-growing nutrition brands - and we're on a mission to become the biggest. We're a fast-moving digital brand in the health, wellness, and e-commerce space, built on ownership, trust, and results. No corporate fluff, just high standards, creative thinking, and people who get things done.

Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, strengthen financial controls, and improve the quality and consistency of reporting across the business. The role sits close to the founders and will be responsible for ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and useful for decision-making. In addition to maintaining core finance processes, you will help improve how finance supports commercial performance and business planning.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working across both operational finance and management reporting in a growing SME environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Take ownership of day-to-day finance activities across accounts payable and receivables
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
  • Process supplier invoices and manage payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor outstanding customer balances and manage credit control activities
  • Perform regular bank, payment provider, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain clear and well-organised financial records
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and profitability
  • Act as the primary internal contact for external accountants and advisors
  • Prepare and organise documentation for month-end, year-end, VAT returns, and statutory filings
  • Ensure financial records are maintained to audit-ready standards
  • Support compliance with UK accounting, tax, and reporting requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
