Finance Manager (Fully Remote)

Ready to make a real impact? We’re supporting a national training provider on a mission to change lives through learning, and we’re looking for a Finance Manager who’s as passionate about people and progress as we are.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the go-to finance expert, making sense of the numbers and helping teams make smart decisions.
  • Keep an eye on financial performance, spot risks and opportunities, and suggest ways to do things better.
  • Lead the charge on budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports—making sure everyone’s in the loop.
  • Bring financial insights to the table for senior leaders, helping shape our future.
  • Build business cases and support funding bids that help us grow.
  • Make sure we’re ticking all the boxes on compliance and financial controls.
  • Mentor junior finance colleagues and help them shine.

About you:

  • You’re a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or similar) with experience in a senior finance role.
  • You love solving problems, working with people, and making a difference.
  • You’re comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in education or training is needed.
