Core3 is partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit a Finance Manager, based in Bath.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercially focused finance team within a business continuing to expand across multiple international markets. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping drive financial performance across a complex and evolving organisation.
The role offers broad exposure across management accounting, financial reporting, business partnering, and finance improvement initiatives, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into a highly visible role within a growing business.

How you'll make an impact
Prepare and review monthly management accounts across multiple entities Deliver accurate financial reporting and support month-end close activities Provide financial insight and analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve understanding of financial performance Support balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and cash flow management Assist with VAT reporting and wider compliance activities Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and strengthen financial controls Analyse trends and performance data to support strategic planning Support budgeting and forecasting activities across the business Mentor and support junior finance team members Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams
Why you're a great fit
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified Experience within a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, or similar finance role Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end processes Strong analytical capability and attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Experience supporting or mentoring junior finance professionals Experience working within a multi-entity or international environment would be beneficial Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving business environment
