Finance Manager, Amazon Web Services EMEA

AWS Finance Manager (EMEA ISV Segment) – Business Partner & FP&A Role

About the Role AWS is a high-growth division of Amazon, delivering innovative cloud solutions, including AI. The EMEA Independent Software Vendor (ISV) segment generates ~20% of revenue, and we’re recruiting a Finance Manager to shape its future.

This is a hands-on financial business partnering role within the dynamic EMEA ISV team. Reporting to the EMEA ISV Director and their leadership, you’ll translate intricate financial data into actionable insights, blending analytical precision with commercial acumen to: drive strategic investment decisions, refine processes, and optimise operations.

While Amazon supports flexibility, the role inherently demands on-site collaboration five days a week. In-person interaction fuelsthe team’s ability to tackle challenges rapidly, foster creativity, and innovate autonomously—principles core to AWS’s success. Join a culture that values spontaneous discussion, collective problem-solving, and impulsive ideation born of diverse perspectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
