Job Description
On behalf of our client, in the SE London/Kent area, we are looking to bring in an experienced Finance Manager. This role will support senior management in operational scaling and will play a critical role in strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
- Leading the management accounts function
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting
- Support operational decision making through robust financial analysis, KPI tracking, and strategic financial insight
- Driving digital transformation and process improvement

Qualifications

- ACCA/CIMA/ACA with 5 years post-qualified experience
- Confident in presenting and reporting to Senior Management team
- Evidence of prior team management and mentoring skills
- Proactive approach to AI tools and technology
- Background in construction or facilities management a bonus
