Our Client
Our client is one of the UK's leading organisations within the housing and property sector, managing a significant development portfolio and delivering projects that make a genuine social impact. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to partner with their Development & Sales teams in a highly commercial leadership role.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll provide strategic financial support across a large-scale development and sales portfolio, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance, improve commercial decision-making and strengthen financial controls. You'll lead a small finance team while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering, investment appraisals and statutory reporting.

The Successful Candidate
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or CFA)
- Strong post-qualified finance experience, ideally within property development, construction or a related sector
- Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and Excel skills
