Role Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and planning activities. The role provides financial insight and business partnering support to senior stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, effective cash management, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making across the business.

Duties
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections to support business planning.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and performance analysis.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Maintain effective financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Provide financial modelling, business case analysis, and decision-support information.
- Partner with senior leaders to support strategic initiatives and business performance.
- Manage day-to-day US finance operations, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, invoicing, payments, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records and the general ledger.
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, liquidity requirements, and debt collection processes.

Skills & Experience
- Must have US GAAP experience
- Must have had exposure to NetSuite
- Professional accounting qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in finance management, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, audit, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Strong financial analysis, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence business decisions.
