Finance Manager - Fast Growth Agency - London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with an ambitious, rapidly scaling PR and communications agency group with revenues approaching £20m and exceptional growth momentum. Backed by a highly successful parent group, the business combines entrepreneurial energy with strong commercial backing, making this an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who wants to grow quickly alongside the business.

This is far more than a traditional management accounts role. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with leadership teams, influencing strategic decisions, improving reporting capability, and helping drive operational and commercial performance across multiple entities.

We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially curious and genuinely excited by turning numbers into insight. Someone who loves spreadsheets, enjoys modelling and analysis, and wants to help shape a modern, data-driven finance function within a fast-growth environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
