Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our site leadership team, leading all aspects of finance and partnering closely with operations and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability.
This is a highly visible role with responsibility for reporting, controls, business partnering and team leadership.

Lead site financial reporting, including P&L, KPIs and variance analysis Manage and develop the on‑site finance team Own the balance sheet, reconciliations and SOX compliance Support and challenge cost control, labour and overhead spend Partner with Commercial on costings, pricing and margin performance Lead budgeting and forecasting processes Drive improvements across systems, reporting and site performance

What You’ll Bring
Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred) Strong experience in site or manufacturing finance Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders Advanced Excel and strong SAP experience Proactive, driven and focused on continuous improvement
